Professional Summary
It is an honor to have been hired by the Department of Psychiatry to work at Erie County Medical Center where I divide my time between directing the ECT consult service and providing inpatient coverage. As a lifelong Buffalonian, it is a privilege to work with the Western New York Community to address mental health challenges and bring about a rapid resolution of symptoms with minimal disruption to patient quality of life.
Education and Training
I completed my undergraduate education at SUNY Geneseo where I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. From there I attended the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo where I obtained my medical degree and completed my residency in Psychiatry. I also had the good fortune to attend the University of Pittsburg Department of Psychiatry Visiting Fellowship in Electroconvulsive Therapy in 2026.
Personal Statement
Outside of work I enjoy visiting new restaurants, taking walks through nature trails, and spending time with my loved ones. My interest gravitates towards science fiction as well as history.
