Professional Summary
Throughout my career as a clinical psychologist, I have been fortunate to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a range of outpatient, inpatient, and medical treatment settings. These experiences have given me a broad focus to my clinical work.
I understand that physical health and mental health are interconnected and holistic approaches to wellbeing are essential. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, integrative, and is strongly influenced by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theory. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan, especially those who have serious physical health conditions, as well as health care professionals, graduate students, and professional trainees.
