Professional Summary
My academic interests include medical student education on the adolescent unit at the Erie County Medical Center, where I supervise general psychiatry residents, child psychiatry fellows and medical students. I direct medical student education in psychiatry with Dr. Charles Camp, the director of medical student education.
My clinical interests include family therapy, suicide prevention, and acute management of adolescent psychiatric illness, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I work exclusively as an inpatient psychiatrist on the adolescent unit at ECMC.

Personal Interests
I was born and raised in Williamsville, where I have been fortunate to spend my entire life. I am committed to helping improve the mental health of our community members and to educate medical students, residents and fellows at our medical school. I live in Williamsville with my wife and our three children. In my free time, I am a musician (saxophone, piano, vocals) and songwriter. I am also a soccer coach through the Amherst Soccer Association.
